In home service to clients planning menus together to fit the needs of the people and what they love to eat. Im from Canada and have back ground in large camp settings in the oil fields being chef for head chef when he is out of camp and sous chef when working together. Ordering food in large scale and small, training staff and planning menus at all levels.
