I have a BS and MS degree in Engineering under University of the Philippines Diliman. Our team collectively has decades of experience in this industry.u

Look for passion. The PRO should have as much enthusiasm in your home as much as you. Integrity. The person could be very skilled but without being trustworthy it's all for naught. It is very unfortunate that in this industry a lot of people push to prolong the work or repair and replace where it needs not be. Heart for Clients. The Pro should be willing to hear out what the client's have to say and not be pushy with his or her ideas. The Pro should be willing to put the clients needs first without sacrificing integrity. Open Communication. After the work, the lines should always be open for communication. The PRO should look at the work as not just a one time thing but a partnership with the client.
