First we have a meeting to understand the goals of a client From there we move into the design stage which involves working out functionality , style and cost budgetting. If our clients and us decide on a price, we enter into a contract, apply for the permits and start to build. During the build, we maintain regular communications with the clients to keep them updated on the progress. When changes are proposed or requested, we submit proper change orders notices. When approaching the finishing stage, we take our clients out shopping to chose items such as tiles, countertops, paint, etc. Upon completion we do a thorough inspection with our clients and then hand over the project for their happy use.
