I. INTRODUCTION A. COMPANY HISTORY The establishment was founded on October 17, 2008, by Mr. Leopoldo V. Cabalan Jr. With the hopes of saving his family from the financial struggles that they are experiencing, he goes out of his way to render quality service to clients and share his broad experience in the construction industry. The company started from a humble beginning of two employees which eventually grows now to more or less fifty (50) employees. Through Mr. Cabalan’s ambitious goals and determination inspired by his own family and with the help of his immense faith in the Lord, the company is now thriving for much greater heights. Although it’s already rendering service for 10 years in the construction industry, the company is still open to broaden its connections and help more clients build their home/building visions from the ground up. B. WHAT THE COMPANY DOES The company executes the building/infrastructure work from the layout plan that is received from the client. When the over-all profit and cost is agreed upon, the company’s site team will then have a quick tour of the place. Skilled workers and a Site Supervisor are gathered and will start work at an agreed date. A Site Engineer will be assigned to record the percentage of work and eventually be the one to request clients for billing until the completion of work. The company offers its service to projects like cabinetry, painting, tile works, plumbing, civil works, drywall, etc.
