Identify my customer, meet with the client, introducing myself and providing my portfolio, know the specific job to be done, ask for special requests, identify if time allotment is efficient, research if there’s any special request with the customer, provide recommendations with price allotment, provide a proposal letter and contract with down payment, provide a down payment voucher, work, ask the client if there’s a room for service improvement, follow-up and provide job service receipt when the job is done, promotion of The Star of Service and service job profile, and feedback/recommendation.
