I had bad experiences hiring cleaning services due to unsatisfactory service - I always had to re-do the cleaning. But with Hygeia, I have been very much impressed with the quality of service they have provided. I can be a demanding client but with them, I found myself not requesting for anything else, instead the cleaners were the ones who were asking if I'd want things done - like cleaning the fridge and changing my bedsheets. There cleaners where very professional and thorough - from removing challenging floor stains to swiping dusts in my windows panes and AC front panel - my unit was spotless after their cleaning session. I used to have sticky floors after the cleaning with other companies, but with Hygeia, it has not been the case - I believe they use the appropriate cleaning supplies and they vacuum dried my floor. Lastly, their unlimited hours scheme works better than other cleaning services- they charge by sqm. Others will send 1 cleaner for a 40sqm unit and will charge you Php500/hour - and will charge you for additional cleaners and/or hours. But Hygeia sent me 2 cleaners, who worked for a good 3 hours cleaning my unit. It may slightly cost more compared to the others, but with Hygeia, I am paying for quality. I highly recommend Hygeia Cleaning Service – from the management team (the owners) who are very accommodating, to their staff who are very professional and trustworthy, and to the quality of their service that always exceeds my expectations.
