Sonny is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable contractor. After I sent a request for information about a house project he has been very responsive. He keeps his promise and commitments. The process for my house project is still on going, but so far, I am very pleased with the way he handles my inquiries. My advise if you are planning to hire a general contractor, give Sonny a shot. Talk to him before you hire a contractor. Before I decided to hire Sonny's services, I was in deep discussion already with another contractor. But even if I was already dealing with another contractor, Sonny is always responsive and available if I have questions. After my negotiation with the previous contractor fell through, I decided to get Sonny and his company's (Philia Design and Construction Company). You need a general contractor that you can trust and knows what he is doing. So far, Sonny fits the bill.
