Yes, we do. For the Design and Project Management, we charge 6% of the Total Project Cost. While the actual project costs ranges from 18,000 to 35,000 per square meter depending on the complexity of the design and finishes.

We'll take the time to listen to your ideas, concerns, and requirements, and use our expertise to guide you through the process of turning your vision into a reality. Design - We'll present you with various design options, including 3D renderings and detailed sketches, to ensure that you can visualize the final outcome. Deliver - A dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to your project with project progress reports submitted weekly. Delight - Our commitment to your satisfaction doesn't end when the project is complete. We take pride in our after-sales support and our team is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. ‍

Our founder, Juliet Llegaria is a graduate of Architecture at the University of Mindanao and is passionate about interior spaces. She is also currently taking Interior Design Classes at the Interior Design Institute.

We really started with home renovation and have always been amazed at how spaces can be transformed from dull and outdated ones to vibrant and full of soul which improves the quality of living.

We have worked with different types of clients, from lawyers to Medtech to Seafarers. Young couples and retirees. We really enjoyed working with OFWs, and we are thankful for their trust - even though they are away, they are 100% on top with their project.

The recent project is a condominium interior fit-out, which took us just 24 days to complete. We really enjoyed it because of the good relationship and rapport we have built with our client. Even though she is residing in the US, she gave her 100% trust and allowed us creative freedom over her property. The unit is for rental property, so we have to make it stand out among the units in that condominium.
