I have 2 actually. Finished a tagaytay house in 12 months. Converted it from an old 80s cabin to a modern farmhouse. The client was in a tight budget so I recycled and reused a lot of materials from the old house. I used affordable materials. We finished the whole house of almost 800square meters in 12 months. I love the challenge. Another is a condominium project. Scandinavian. It was such a breeze to work with a client who is very specific and self proclaimed obsessive compulsive. She’s so kind and it was such a delight working for her. We shopped for all the tiles, flooring and other finishes. I designed and supplied all the furniture, lighting fixtures and wall treatments. We finished our project in less than 4 months.
