I don't, Life Coaching is a lifestyle where Clients got to set their goals and objectives in their own timeline. That's where I base the package I offer to them. However my hourly rate is P3K.

I work hand in hand with the Client while we assess what areas of their life need coaching. Then, I send my proposal. Once we both agreed to it, that's when I send the Coaching Agreement. If not, we further discuss the details until agreed.

I've been through, rose through, cried through and prayed through trials, anxiety and depression. I heard about Life Coaching in the Philippines through D' Cup Coffee Republic and that's when my life got transformed.

A. Broken hearted Women, separated from their relationship B. Married women going through challenges in their relationship C. Depressed women who have been financially challenged D. People who were depressed because of their looks, past and traumas E. People who have been depressed due to family loss

I got to work with a client who have been depressed and felt unworthy due to past events of her life. We had a weekly coaching session and it finished within the month.

As a Life Coach, we don't describe and prescribe. What I do as a life coach is to bring out the best in you, empower you so you can process what's going on with you and eventually overcome it. I won't give any advices or suggestions, the answers will be all coming from you. You are the EXPERT of your life as I facilitate the coaching with you
