After showing them the sweetest smile as he walks into tue shop: 1- Establish a warm atmosphere by asking more on how he feels that day than talking him into his issues. 2- Assess and record his issues as he relates them to us. 3- Review with him what he shares and ask probing questions to start the diagnosis process and find out the real issues. 4- Once trust is established, assure him that the shop will do its best to help him solve the issues and will be honest and timely to tell him if the issues are beyond repair so can choose to pursue a different path by giving him alternative solutions.

I worked for Dell customers from 2007 to 2011 as Technical Support Professional and has more than 20 years hands-on experience on computer troubleshooting, photo-audio-video editing, desktop publishing and office works all combined.

After working in a construction job in Saudi Arabia, I decided to put up this shop and give in to my craving to make other people happy through digital services.

I've worked with serious businessmen, political government leaders, school directors, amd neighbor friends.

Last project didn't take much time but customer was happy when her Lenovo tablet was restored to normal after days of being useless. The lighter part was that I did it for free - being a new client.
