I can prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities that may result from diseases, disorders, conditions, or injuries. As a physical therapist, I can: - provide interventions - conduct re-examinations, - modify interventions as necessary to achieve anticipated goals and expected outcomes, and - develop and implement discharge plans. I cater to the following: Cardiovascular disorders Neuromuscular disorders = stroke, bell's palsy, cerebral pasly, etc. Musculoskeletal disorders = low back pain, frozen shoulder, neck pain, fractures, etc.
