A comprehensive assessment on Subjective details (i.e pain level, location, quality, home/work environment, goals of the client in therapy) Objective values (i.e muscle strength, range, balance, posture, nerve function, pulmonary function and overall systemic functions) Assessment portion (function related short term goals, progress tracking and phases of treatment) Treatment Plan (implementation of treatment: strengthening, stretching, balance training, functional training, ambulation etc.)

I am the 5th Placer of the February 2020 Physical Therapy Licensure Examination. A graduate of Velez College a prestigous School of Physical Therapy Boasting the highest rating in the 2020 Board Exam. I have extensive Internship training on multiple schools of practice in Physical Therapy namely: Neurologic Rehab, Musculoskeletal Rehab, Pediatric Rehab, Sports Rehab, Acute Care Rehab and Out Patient Rehab.

My proffession was always my passion. I always had a certain love for helping people get back on their feet and do things they thought they could never do again, this love translated to me studying harder and dedicating myself to improving my craft in the practice Physical Therapy.

From the children of zapathera Integrated SPED School to the Post Operation clients of Chong Hua RehabMed to the Bed Bound patients in Chong Hua In-Patient rehab to the PADS dragonboat team members of MAAYO Medical, I have had an extensive experience in different types of patients.

I had recently treated a patient who was referred by a physician to me, the clincher was the patient was only assessed online and had no concrete diagnosis. I was able to diagnose the patients case correctly and we finished our Rehabilitation Process in 4 sessions. I enjoyed this patients case because it showed how Physical Therapists are not limited to what doctors relay to us, but how we are also able to assess and diagnose patients on our own.
