Ocular fee is considered one of our standard pricing for inspection since we want to assess first before we give pricing. The price may varies depending on the scope of work and materials to be replaced and used.

Our typical process when working with our valued clients. First we do have an agreement via phone about the problem they experienced then after that we suggest that we must have an ocular inspection first before we give quotation or proposal then once we give quotation for the said project we will do have a sign contract both parties then we can proceed for the down payment and start of work which is indicated in the proposal.

We have our own Master Plumber, Certified Electrician, Architect and Engineer.

We started 2007 as a service provider as plumbing services, one of our valued client is Maynilad.
