Not much basis for price, i was not able to compare. But i readily accepted the quotation.
However, i did not get an official receipt of payment. I expect one. This would complete the company’s seal of professionalism.

Janzen Plumbing called us within an hour of posting our request in this platform and they quickly came to the site. It was urgent to stop the water leak caused by a busted portion of our main water supply line. After agreeing on a price, they procured the materials and assigned 3 people to the task. They completed the repair on the same day and we were pleased with their speed and work quality. I was away from the site but they kept me informed with text updates and pictures/videos. Janzen Plumbing charges a premium, but I accepted their quote and did not bother to consider other plumbers because of the urgency.
Toilet flushing mechanism was replaced. Accdg to Erick, my likewise deficient water heater also needed replacement. In so doing, the electrical connection had to be modified as well. Spent a bit. They were punctual.
Really kind and accommodating people, but the rate is really expensive. The electrician came right away and fixed the issue as fast and efficiently as possible, but the rate really does not reflect the one here on the site. It’s not per hour but by contract. They were gracious enough to negotiate the price, but it was still too expensive even for loved ones who are in a similar field.
