Graduate of BS-Architecture in Philippines, 10 years experience in Dubai UAE as an overall lead architect consultant for 5 star beach front hotels, luxury villas & high rise residential towers or condominiums, city land mark museum, interior design for retail shops / mobile stands, interior design speciality fine dining restaurants, interior design corporate workspaces, landscaping, mechanical/electrical/plumbing design, site supervision, forensic delay architect (investigating delay). With Masters Degree in Construction Management in the United States and former resident construction engineer-architect of Parsons Corporation.

Since I graduated and passing the licensure exam for architects and master plumbers conducted by PHL Professional Regulation Commission way back year 2005.
