I designed a two-storey Residence in the middle east. My client is an very rich Arab businessman and gave me all the rights to utilize my Architectural capabilities. It took maybe 4 months to build his dream house.
Know your Designers more. Many designers tend to present their projects that is not done by them. They copy others works such as beautiful perspectives, nice architectural views, nice plans, etc. but have no knowledge about it.
The client must have a fixed mind on what really is their requirements and list down its likes and dislikes. Provide the Architect, the full details of his requirements and its budget. Full cooperation must be provided to the professional so that they can give you the best Design the best you could ever have.
