Professional experience
A professional Repair guy with more than 20 yrs of repair experience. TESDA certified (NC2). Have worked as a service Repair technician in National/Panasonic ASC (4yrs). Have also worked as a service Repair technician of Electrolux Phils. & have been trained in the main branch (Makati). I was also an Electronics instructor in a Training center and also in a College/University.

The client describes to me over the phone what the problem of their unit is, so I have an idea. Then based from my many years of experience in repair, I'll quote a price, then we'll schedule the repair, then go to the customer's house and fix the unit.
I am a graduate of the ff. couses: ***BSECE ***2 yrs Electronics technology ***Ref & Aircon tech (5 Months course, 1992) ***Building wiring installation (2006) ***Computer repair (2004) *** and other vocational courses
when I was 17 yrs of age, I took a vocational course REF & AIR-CON tech then the following year I took 2 years electronics Technology.
In Makati branch of Music21, I have worked with a Japanese employer, we talked in English. I have also worked with an Arab customer in Ayala alabang and Lancaster new city. I have also worked with american customers. and mostly are professional people living in subdivisions and condos in Makati.
Clients are advised to pls observe the trouble symptom of their unit so they cay relay it to the technician, so the repair will have a clear idea of what is needed to do and bring the necessary tools and parts for a more speedy repair job.
